Hi, I’m Paige.
My own experiences of loss have acquainted me with the depths of despair and also the hope of transformation.
Like a seed that breaks open only after a fire has devastated the forest, so too does the heart transform when tended through loss.

Together, we will make space for the painful feelings of grief and will remain curious about what lies under and behind the stories you bring.
We are made of body, mind, and spirit –all three deserve to be paid attention to so that we can become fully integrated and whole persons, both within ourselves and within our communities.
